Great location, just across the road from the train station, Getting around very easy. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.
The standard room is a bit narrow and feels slightly packed.The bed a little too soft for my personal preference.
Very helpful staff and the convenience of the location makes up for it.

It was a super great experience with Lotte city in Tokyo! Definitely I will come again if I have chance. If you choose premium room, you will get the hair straightening iron, some extra welcome gifts, coins to redeem juice, ice creams, and alcohols/drinks/desserts in lounge.

Good location just located next to Kinsicho station. Self help amenities counter with all necessary items. Nice view of skytree!

We stayed at Lotte Hotel Tokyo as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a strategic location, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It is surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of food options which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The view from the hotel was stunning, we could clearly see Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful at night. It really added something special to our stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

交通方便，五分鐘到JR線，飯店地下室就是z線地鐵，一樓有7-11，有些房間可以看到晴空塔很美，附近也有商場可以逛街，到處都是餐廳，附近也有像摩斯漢堡的早餐。

位置好方便 ，一出jr站便到了。酒店附近很多餐廳購物商場 藥妝， 不用去新宿池袋這些地方都能滿載而歸。房間看向Skytree, 夜景太漂亮了。

位置方便，地鐵站直接出站搭電梯就可以到了，如果是搭乘JR的話也只要走3分鐘左右就可以抵達！樓下就是7-11，完全不用擔心半夜肚子餓，每層樓的電梯出來也都看得到晴空塔，房間以日本來說大小算還可以接受，也很整潔，已經是第二次入住了，如果有再來東京還是會再選擇這間??！

已經第三次入店，錦系町性價比高，附近已有大型商場gu 3coins plus , Walkman girl, daiso …都有、仲有24小時超市、勁多餐廳、donki 。基本上要買既野附近都有。
交通方便，鄰近地鐵站JR站，去東京站搭JR都8-11分鐘去到。另外好近晴空塔，隨便一條街都可以影到佢。

酒店處于錦系町地鐵站的上蓋，附近餐廳商店林立，基本不怕找不到食物，而且有很多購物的地方，看著晴空塔美景，好好地可以休息一下。 這個premium floor還有獨立的lounge 提供免費的零食酒水，確實也吃不完 基本上每日來上兩杯酒至三杯酒也不成問題。
