Great location, just across the road from the train station, Getting around very easy. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.
The standard room is a bit narrow and feels slightly packed.The bed a little too soft for my personal preference.
Very helpful staff and the convenience of the location makes up for it.

It was a super great experience with Lotte city in Tokyo! Definitely I will come again if I have chance. If you choose premium room, you will get the hair straightening iron, some extra welcome gifts, coins to redeem juice, ice creams, and alcohols/drinks/desserts in lounge.

Good location just located next to Kinsicho station. Self help amenities counter with all necessary items. Nice view of skytree!

We stayed at Lotte Hotel Tokyo as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a strategic location, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, making it very convenient to travel around Tokyo. It is surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of food options which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The view from the hotel was stunning, we could clearly see Tokyo Skytree, especially beautiful at night. It really added something special to our stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

交通方便，五分钟到JR线，饭店地下室就是z线地铁，一楼有7-11，有些房间可以看到晴空塔很美，附近也有商场可以逛街，到处都是餐厅，附近也有像摩斯汉堡的早餐。

位置好方便 ，一出jr站便到了。酒店附近很多餐厅购物商场 药妆， 不用去新宿池袋这些地方都能满载而归。房间看向Skytree, 夜景太漂亮了。

位置方便，地铁站直接出站搭电梯就可以到了，如果是搭乘JR的话也只要走3分钟左右就可以抵达！楼下就是7-11，完全不用担心半夜肚子饿，每层楼的电梯出来也都看得到晴空塔，房间以日本来说大小算还可以接受，也很整洁，已经是第二次入住了，如果有再来东京还是会再选择这间??！

已经第三次入店，锦系町性价比高，附近已有大型商场gu 3coins plus , Walkman girl, daiso …都有、仲有24小时超市、劲多餐厅、donki 。基本上要买既野附近都有。
交通方便，邻近地铁站JR站，去东京站搭JR都8-11分钟去到。另外好近晴空塔，随便一条街都可以影到佢。

酒店处于锦系町地铁站的上盖，附近餐厅商店林立，基本不怕找不到食物，而且有很多购物的地方，看着晴空塔美景，好好地可以休息一下。 这个premium floor还有独立的lounge 提供免费的零食酒水，确实也吃不完 基本上每日来上两杯酒至三杯酒也不成问题。
